Principle 3: Understandable

Principle 3 contains success criteria which allow the users to actually understand, and make sense of the materials. It is different from Principle 1, as principle 1 only ensures that information is communicated to the user through alternative means, but Principle 3 ensures that the information does make sense to the user.
