Government Accessibility Solutions

The U.S. Federal Government requires to make all information technology products accessible to people with disabilities. This is generally referred to as Section 508 requirements. Other governments also started to implement their solutions.

Web accessibility

If your agency has a web site or a web application, we can audit it to make sure that it is Section 508 compliant, or complies with your governments standards, for example WCAG. Also, if you would like to know if any of your services meet accessibility standards, we can check it for you.

Procurement

When you have to purchase IT products for the government, we can help you determine if it meets government accessibility standards. Companies are encouraged to put together a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), which describe how they comply with Section 508 standards. We host a free VPAT directory which you can search as part of your procurement process.
